"The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in the case of Jerome Heckenkamp, the former University of Wisconsin student convicted of federal computer crime charges in 2004 after hacking into Qualcomm, Cygnus Solutions and other companies, and defacing eBay. Heckenkamp was caught after a system administrator at the university hacked into his Linux box to gather evidence that Heckenkamp had been attacking the college mail server. The court ruled today that such counter-hacks are allowable under the 'special needs' exception to the Fourth Amendment, and upheld the warrantless search."

Well I see that ebay got a spiffy new header portion on their pages. Whoopie!!! I also notice it does not work properly unless you enable javascript. IDIOTS!!!

Anyway, that has not slowed down the hacker-hijackers one tiny bit from what I see

Here are a couple account hijackings from a repeat hackers email address, proving once again that the hackers OWN ebay!

 

 

Below, pretty obvious they cannot stop the hackers, I have seen sooo many same email addies in the hijacked listing, can't name them all there are sooo many.  Good thing they can still filter for key phrases like "google checkout"

BTW, the hackers are getting much, much more creative with their methods. I will not post what those are, that is for ebay to figure out or freeload a tip from somewhere else.

Well now I hope no one believes the account hijackings and hackings are over with just because gutless, cheating KOMMIES put an end to that thread...

Oh no, and they are hitting categories far and wide with new improved methods.

 Oh, and don't look now, but it looks like the BIN Bandits are back.

Oh well, another scam, leak, scandal, cover-up,  whatever... another video, or 2 or 3 etc.

I bet the next one is really gonna be a KILLER!!!

Oh, the other thing, YES!! The hackers still OWN EBAY!!!

So much for all that work they did over there, and their new delay listings Proactive Fraud Reduction policy thingy... (what a joke).

Yeah, the hacking and hijacking is unabated, even perhaps increasing. I have seen many many bogus listings for musical instruments now. Free shipping offered on huge Steinways or Yamahas and so forth, omg! Hilarious!

Now below, those are the really good stuff.

Wherever you see that name, you can be assured of the HIGHEST standards of top quality, and multi-layered panchromatic sonance. (oops, everywhere except on ebay of course)

Note the times below, these auctions were only about 10 minutes old at the most, the screencap T&D is 2007-04-11:23:08:12, but my spiffy hi-tech computer clock keeps time less well than a 99 cent digital watch.

Finally, we see that this hijacking address had already been documented as of the time the listings were posted. Maybe ebay was not aware of it. Maybe they were... Sure is funny though how the very same addies are used repeatedly and constantly though , eh?

Oh, of course I mean "funny" to everyone except the scam victims, who were never properly forewarned by the owner of the abjectly flawed, non secure, and dangerous venue. and the sellers who will play a living auto-responder enhanced hell trying to get their fees quickly, easily, and rightfully cancelled.

Hmmm... can't help but wonder if the hijackers are laughing now, come to think of IT

More from Friday the 13th on hacked-bay

We see that this email address was already a documented scammer's address at the time the screencaps were talen, (again).

May also be documented over at companyexposed.com.

For some reason though, their search results do not seem to be showing anymore. Even results which were there previously are now not showing....

This pretty much proves (again) that the hijackers OWN ebay. If my guess is correct, the holes are bigger now than they ever have been.

These are only a couple accounts taken that night. Wait til you see the absolute massacre that occurred yesterday and last night!

I still wonder though, how can the hijackers afford to ship all those large items for free?

Just made this a yesterday evening with new program I can now make a consumer awareness (or whatever) videos in a few minutes flat, and upload IT to wherever... within another few minutes.

Of course, there are are various communities of people all over. Everyone should begin to alert their respective communities what is occuring with ebay, so that they may decide the risks themselves.

ya know, the funniest things just keep on happening.

For instance, once again, I upload something to imageshack, post it to my blog, and BLAMMO!

suddenly it won't load... Loaded fine a couple times before I posted this link above. I wonder why?
Considering it happens each and every time, I think glitches are not the reason...
Oh well , no biggie. There is always Youtube, where all the eyeball are. There is always being creative with keywords.

So now I guess I will just start up loading buttloads of even more and more videos to there, and getting more creative with keywords.

Anyone out there done a search for "ebaY hacked" or "ebaY inc hacked" lately?

And whats all this about yet another listing special?
Is that 2 in one week, or one right after the other?
