I might have had to spend 2 minutes updating things Who wants to make a bet how quick they try to nix it from google cache? WE have every bit of it saved, every deleted post, everything.
Does that seem like a rather obvious attempt to bury a ton of facts? Does any one else get the feeling that a lot of this stuff is coming back to bite someone's backside? (because it is going to)

An anonymous reader writes
"The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in the case of Jerome Heckenkamp, the former University of Wisconsin student convicted of federal computer crime charges in 2004 after hacking into Qualcomm, Cygnus Solutions and other companies, and defacing eBay. Heckenkamp was caught after a system administrator at the university hacked into his Linux box to gather evidence that Heckenkamp had been attacking the college mail server. The court ruled today that such counter-hacks are allowable under the 'special needs' exception to the Fourth Amendment, and upheld the warrantless search."
Well I see that ebay got a spiffy new header portion on their pages. Whoopie!!! I also notice it does not work properly unless you enable javascript. IDIOTS!!!
Anyway, that has not slowed down the hacker-hijackers one tiny bit from what I see
Here are a couple account hijackings from a repeat hackers email address, proving once again that the hackers OWN ebay!
Below, pretty obvious they cannot stop the hackers, I have seen sooo many same email addies in the hijacked listing, can't name them all there are sooo many. Good thing they can still filter for key phrases like "google checkout"
BTW, the hackers are getting much, much more creative with their methods. I will not post what those are, that is for ebay to figure out or freeload a tip from somewhere else.
No sign of any real let up in hacked , hijacked accounts. I was quickly able to find these scams, looks like if you are musician, better NOT consider shopping ebaY
Or if you want a laptop, do NOT shop ebaY...
Oh, yeah, and who has a few of these just laying around in addition...
What is amazing me is that soooo many of these scams ay SanJose`... Are the scammers being sarcastic, or are the real scammers really in San Jose`?
And of course the victim. We will probably be seeing her on one of the boards complaing that ebaY will not cancel the fees for all those items or that they only send auto-responses which have no bearing on the issue, or whatever the preffered method of the "Just-a-Venue-Tron" brush-off-spin-machine is doling that day ...
It should be noted also, that the email addy in the ads, Awermedia@aol.com, is yet another repeat scammer.
Not the MySpace Hackers, I mean HACKERS from OUTER SPACE!!!
Everyone!
Put on your Nike Tennis shoes, grab the purple veil, put some Elvis or Roy Oribson or maybe even "The Carpenters" on the git-box one last time, and then RUN, ... RUN, .... RUN, for your lives!!!
lmao
You just can't make these things up sometimes, they are too strange.
Oh, the other thing, YES!! The hackers still OWN EBAY!!!
So much for all that work they did over there, and their new delay listings Proactive Fraud Reduction policy thingy... (what a joke).
The hackers (the real ones) are pumping the bogus listings into ebay like dung through a goose.

Yeah, the hacking and hijacking is unabated, even perhaps increasing. I have seen many many bogus listings for musical instruments now. Free shipping offered on huge Steinways or Yamahas and so forth, omg! Hilarious!
Now below, those are the really good stuff.
Wherever you see that name, you can be assured of the HIGHEST standards of top quality, and multi-layered panchromatic sonance. (oops, everywhere except on ebay of course)
Note the times below, these auctions were only about 10 minutes old at the most, the screencap T&D is 2007-04-11:23:08:12, but my spiffy hi-tech computer clock keeps time less well than a 99 cent digital watch.
Note the amount of bogus listings
Finally, we see that this hijacking address had already been documented as of the time the listings were posted. Maybe ebay was not aware of it. Maybe they were... Sure is funny though how the very same addies are used repeatedly and constantly though , eh?
Oh, of course I mean "funny" to everyone except the scam victims, who were never properly forewarned by the owner of the abjectly flawed, non secure, and dangerous venue. and the sellers who will play a living auto-responder enhanced hell trying to get their fees quickly, easily, and rightfully cancelled.
Hmmm... can't help but wonder if the hijackers are laughing now, come to think of IT
This is a tiny sample of the current hack attack upon ebaY. This situation has been ongoing since no later than mid-February.
Here we see the basic search string, click on the very first top item. We find an email addy in the listing, then do a search for that email addy, which is already archived at a very popular and informative blog, as being having been used for ebay Account-Take-Overs in the past. Next, we use SlimSearch extension to search ebay, and also search ebay for item by seller. The lists are identical.
Also, although the video is somewhat grainy, we see the times . Note that there is 6 days, 17 some odd hours left in the listing. So much for what's his names new whatcha-ma-call-IT policy, and alleged fraud filters.
Ebay is now a very dangerous site. There have been 4 ebay and/or PayPal user data leaks in the last 2-3 months or so. Ebay remains in staunch denial.
Ebay has resorted to censorship, intimidation, willful ignorance, the list goes on & on & on... Ebay seems to have absolutely NO regards for IT's users.
Please avoid IT like the plague. There are far too many other places where there is a GUARANTEE, not "CAVEAT EMPTOR" as a policy, where there have NOT been compromised accounts, and hacking, hijackings, etc.
Be sure to visit these threads from the ebaY Germany forums to see about the latest HUGE lists of compromised ebaY and PayPal accounts, and account takeovers.
Just Noodling a bit here And IT looks like noodling will pay off.
Just made this a yesterday evening with new program I can now make a consumer awareness (or whatever) videos in a few minutes flat, and upload IT to wherever... within another few minutes.
My... my, my... what wonders await?
Ahhhh!!! What a soothing feeling I get. I hope this makes everyone feel likewise!
I bet hardly any musicians even know what a dangerous place ebay is.... yet. Time to make Voodoo Drums echo
(To borrow a cliche`)
Of course, there are are various communities of people all over. Everyone should begin to alert their respective communities what is occuring with ebay, so that they may decide the risks themselves.
These videos are all public, which means there is a code on the page to link to or embedd the video.
I was just over there finding more scam auctions showing up in less than one hour.
How many ebaY scam videos do ya'll think I should upload to youtube each day?
('cause I can make 'em and upload them in about 20 minutes each, but I have a huge backlog of them now though.) UH...not that they will win any awards, but luckily, I am not trying to build a piano.
What we really need is more than just one or two guys making consumer awareness videos.
See my peachy new video watermark? Next, I am going to put my smileduck gif in there, or maybe Barney Fife.
It looks as though all the listings for boats and trailers in my earlier this evening video are now gone, but now the very same address is beieng used for some other high-fraud rate items.
ooopps, never mind, everything on ebay is HIGH FRAUD !!!
ya know, the funniest things just keep on happening.
For instance, once again, I upload something to imageshack, post it to my blog, and BLAMMO!
suddenly it won't load... Loaded fine a couple times before I posted this link above. I wonder why? Considering it happens each and every time, I think glitches are not the reason... Oh well , no biggie. There is always Youtube, where all the eyeball are. There is always being creative with keywords.
So now I guess I will just start up loading buttloads of even more and more videos to there, and getting more creative with keywords.
Anyone out there done a search for "ebaY hacked" or "ebaY inc hacked" lately?
And whats all this about yet another listing special? Is that 2 in one week, or one right after the other?
Hmmmm.... very interesting.
I hope the hackers hack that site to death, ya know it? (and they will)
can anyone guess why?
Film @ 11
BWHahahahahahahahahahaha!
Another edit; I was only joking about hoping the hackers hack ebay to the ground. After all, ebay is not being hacked, according to them.
Two ebay sellers hijacked by hitherto unknown hijacking address sanshop176@gmail.com" I bet that that address is listed on thenekkidtruth tomorrow if not sooner
We look at 3 of the many, many hijacked listings, fist the Sharp Aquos LC52D62U 52 1080p LCD HDTV .::: Super Disccount, Fast Shipping , Fast Reply ! :::. Item number: 250110830229
Next the "Mason & Hamlin 1935 Grand Piano .::: Super Disccount, Fast Shipping , Fast Reply ! :::. Item number: 140114037858 Starting time: May-02-07 06:06:20 PDT Starting bid: US $350.00 Duration: 1-day listing seller/victim: powerman6161(113)
And finally, we see the Roland Fantom-X7 Keyboard Workstation .::: Super Disccount, Fast Shipping , Fast Reply ! :::. Item number: 250110830104 seller/ victim quimbycollectables(951)
IMO, it is not unreasonable to believe that ebaY's entire data base has not been accessed by the hackers, as numerous lists of their account holders compromised info have surfaced in recent days, weeks and months. You can view some of my other vids, or visit the ebay Germany forums and see for yourselves.
tinyurl.com/2b6h5j
tinyurl.com/2p4wwd
And since we have not seen any response from ebaY, (other than strict censorship and apparent blatant willful ignorance) there is no reason to believe otherwise.
To be fair, these listings appear to have been taken down as I revise this description, but they were still live for over 12 hours, plenty of time for plenty of folks to get ripped off on the mighty "Just-A-Venue", and when they do, that will be the reply "we are just a venue"
Keep in mind the common denominator of all these scams; ebay makes a profit.
