98.3% feedback, looks like they've ceased selling more than one month ago, since the seller list completed shows zero items. (Ebay has changed the view item link on feedback pages so that you need to be signed it to view them now.) hahahahaha
They whacked that thread topic on ebay forums already. I wonder why?
When Neiman Marcus quit it got to be a pretty big deal.
Not sure this coachfactory thing really means anything now though...
After checking some more, it seems that coachfactory may only have items for sale at certain times, and inactive the remainder. To be without items for sale (even for 30 days + ) is apparently not unusual for them?
Still, with a feedback that low, in ebay's current atmosphere of sudden seller execution, it will be interesting to see if the reappear as a seller.

They have about 2,000 total bad buying experiences. Compare that to about 3,000 or more for toysrus, feedback percentage not withstanding...
Hard to say if they had enough of sleazebay or vice versa. Maybe some larger ebay bloggers or news entities will pick up on this and get a statement from ebay and/or coachfactory?
Nonetheless, somehow purging 10's of thousands of Mom & Pop sellers with very minor issues while allowing big box sellers to alienate multitudes seems very counter-intuitive. Unless your goal is simply to rid the site of small sellers?

It's got to be damn near impossible for a big brand retailer to maintain the status eBay expects from their top sellers.
