There is a major flaw in Ebay's overzealous Eagerness to suspend anyone and their safeharbor’s department philosophy of go suspend first, investigate later.

I really want to just explain this to expose Ebay's safeharbor as being too extreme at this point. Here is a plan that was executed on me and works almost perfectly. This is the plan (note this will only get someone suspended for a week or two because an appeal is easy, but the hassle IS incredibly annoying of having all your auctions cancelled, image/reputation tarnished I know this from personal experience.
