Ruth you know it is not a level playing field, and these folks are defineately poor sports/sore losers. Add to that, believe me when I tell you that a lot less folks are on that board than you could ever believe.

They will just keep bringing up the tickets, the near mint situation, etc. You may want to get a posting ID to eliminate that little problem.

Consider this; spend a little time to make a blog or video, there you can have full latitude to post what you want, without the censorship.

For instance, I made this classic parody picture, (which slandy loves, BTW) and this video (There are more coming too mu-ah-hahha).

There really is a growing anti-ebay/paypal momentum, but lots of folks are just leaving quietly. Look at the numbers.

Still others will keep using IT til they finish recouping what was stolen or allowed to be stolen from them.

I get my inspiration from one of our time's most beloved pseudo-religious/spiritual figures, who said: (I am paraphrasing)

I should add that those folks are complete LIARS, as we have busted them out sooooo many times, but those posts get pulled, and the posters get banned or NARUd.

Well we all know nothing can be done to any of them...I love how when confronted sandy came up with a weeks worth of dates to "prove" she may have been required to take a vacation from posting...that was pretty funny considering all she has to do is stop using one ID for a week and use one of her others...like no one knows any better. I just thought it funny that she waited until posted how there werent any gaps in her posting and she posted this exact date which also happens to have fallen off the search function too!

The stuff they are doing now is exactly what they did to me..but now they are focusing on Ruth. She must be treading very carefully if they havent gotten her kicked off yet. I am surprised actually that they have let it go on this long but they must have some ulterior motive to keep her on right now..maybe so sandy can bring up the tickets for the 100th time trying to make Ruth look bad by changing things around? Dont bother reporting repetitive posting to disrupt as it dont do any good. They see the ol sandy ID and skip right by

Its sickening what they get away with and its apparent that Ruth is being targeted. She knows I went through the same thing. My only suggestion is to find someone to contact and really explain what they are doing but I dont think that would do any good as anyone there probably already knows and approves of it...just like skeeter is allowed to post whatever he wants and nothing is done...just like justa is allowed 100s of IDs and nothing is done...it scares me to think that what justa does on the boards is somehow being allowed by ebay..there is really no other explanation

Icey, I can think of a few pinheads that will be still kissing our @$$es at midnight, just like they did throughout the entire holiday season.

I think it is a great thing that selfless folks abandon their friends, family, etc, and give up their holidays to chase us all over and stalk/report our listings, keeping sleazy online auction giants safe from free speech and free enterprise, and protecting that Kooky, Kommie-Krapitalist way of life.

Folks, anytime you feel the need to save threads, save them as HTML documents, (or save as webpage, complete). You can save again and overwrite/update every couple-few posts. From there you can get screenshots for posting if need be, and have a complete record as well.

If one or more of these shills finds themselves being sued, I have a sneaky hunch that what precipitates will rock the sleazebay world. (they know it too)

BTW, HERE is the google cache for the 1st page of the thread.

But be aware, we are starting to see incidents where the google cache disappears also, and/or the link points back to the live forums. (among other apparent incidents of some sort of search engine manupulations, with regards to any anti-sleazebay/painpal/lieworld, --ahem, I mean PRO-Consumer posts etc.)

Yup, the Witches of Eastwick were out in force last night. I guess none of the dried up old hags could get a date for New Year's Eve. Doesn't surprise me!
