eBay Live Auctions Snafu Results in More Than Lost Dollars

One interesting yet typical style quote from the story:

That sleazebay site sure is a laugh a minute. One other thing, boring persons, it seems the anti-ebaY cults are really growing, they appear to have infiltrated the press, and publish numerous unflattering reports, each and every day.

Is sleazebay responsible for anything?

Show me one single press article that wasn't published by a junior high student that uses terms like "sleazebay," and I'll apologize for calling you a cult member. Do you think you're coming across like Walter Cronkite with these rants?

Normally I only see people reach your level of rant when they are discussing something like abortion there the passion seems understandable. EBay is simply an online auction site and your obession and passion with it amazes me.

Passion?  Drop in on the PP board and listen to the people that just had their money stolen by Sleaze and PP.  It is Com-passion  that brought this board into existence.  What I can't figure out is YOUR unrelenting desire to embrace such a company.  You're not an idiot.  Surely, you can't be blind to their shoddy business practices.  It's like trying to shore up Enron.  What is it with you?  Paycheck keeping you here???

Forbes called it sleazebay back in 2000, and I seriously doubt it has become less sleazy since then.

Rather prophetic, yes?

(of course, I am sure Forbes writers/reporters are ill-qualified and they certainly have an agenda, eh?)



Oh, one more thing boring person, I know this will outrage you... There is a forum I found where they are calling IT "evilbay"...

You better get over there post-haste and try to de-program them before they get brainwashed by a fanatic anti-ebay cult or something.

I dont expect any reply at all. The weasel shrinks from the truth like a vampire from the plain light of day, much like IT's benefactors.

Have you ever seen anyone from ebay ever admit bluntly they were wrong about anything and apologize? The shills are no different.

BTW, Ice, one of my New Years resolutions is to attempt to achieve an Ice Blue -like level of wit & acumen.
