People ARE that dumb!  A person suggested, on another forum, that people could give PayPal their info and then go change it at their bank.  Go figure.

Change your bank pass and log in AFTER giving it too gaypal.

What is the proper emoticon for that little clickity-click noise you can make sort of with the inside of one cheek?
