PayPal must have learned to travel time, a perfect compliment to the way they can make one's funds disappear and leave you mystified.
As I type this, it is Oct 14, 2006, yet paypal believes it is November something. That is not really what I would consider a simple typo, considering it is a completely different month, but if it is, who is one the proofreading staff over there? (TAP, TAP, wake up...put the crackpipe down and step away from the keyboard.)
Back to the point though. If this outfit can't even get the date right, can't make their website work, can't communicate with it's users, (and so on ad nauseum), how can they be trusted with the important things, like YOUR MONEY?, like YOUR ID INFO, BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS, etc?.
Consumers, beware the bungling and incompetence of PayPal.
