In my situation the seller did not follow the SPP because the seller didn't ship within 7 days... the seller shipped 14 days later AFTER I filed a "not received" complaint. The seller also didn't follow the SPP because the seller didn't ship with signature proof of delivery... it was a $335.00 payment.
After receiving the item and notifying the seller that the item was not as described, the seller told me that he would not accept return of the SNAD merchandise.
PayPal disputed the chargeback on the grounds that the merchandise had not been returned even though PayPal had the seller's statement claiming that the seller would not accept return of the merchandise.

bayvice (10 ) View Listings | Report Sep-28-06 22:25 PDT 42 of 45 sandy : Credit Card Cos. frown on Buyers who wish to keep the merchandise and the money.
Which does not change the fact, that Paypal does not wish to defend any Chargeback which is not an easy win for paypal. Your not attempting to return the item to the Seller, made it an easy win for Paypal. Maybe the Seller had no money in their account. Maybe if the Seller did have money in their pp account, Paypal would have froze it, and you would have won.
sandypurins (242 ) View Listings | Report Sep-28-06 23:06 PDT 43 of 45 bayvice, There is absolutely nothing in my post which even suggests that I wished to keep the merchandise. The FACT is that the seller stated he would not accept return of the merchandise.
The FACT is that PayPal will dispute a SNAD chargeback even when the seller states he will refuse to accept return of the merchandise.
The FACT is that you claimed that a seller always loses (gets hosed) on a SNAD credit card chargeback, and...
the FACT is that you are wrong.
Whether I won or not was not PayPal's decision... it was my credit card company's decision. My point...
PayPal WILL dispute a chargeback whenever possible.

Yeah, I commented on this subject and she broke out her "Bella" ID to back herself up! Pretty lame, Sandy! We're not as stupid as you think we are! And we ALL know your real name is NOT Sandy Purins! From now on, I'm referring to Sandy as her, since I feel silly calling her Sandy, when it's not her name.
Sandy can be a real A$$**** though, can't she?? Geez.
Ice She has a natural talent for that, tons of it... MOOOOOO-AAAAHHHHHH!!!
But seriously, she knows every subtle nuance of the UA, she most likely rips off anyone and everyone who makes the very slightest mistake. I have a screenshot filed away somewhere wherein she states she filed chargeback against a whopping 4 out of 7 sellers. I will see if I can dig that out. She probably scammed all them too.
Same with cliniclady2000. She has posted that she always checks to see if the postman scanned her delivered items. No doubt to file INR and get it free.
We already KNOW these folks are liars. There is not a single reason in the world to believe they are not thieves too.

Hey skankyputrid, You have been shot down in flames. You should take your dolly and your purse and go away! Everyone can see you are a scam artist and a LIAR!!!!

Sandy Sucks!!! I saw that "4 out of 7" post of hers. When she says she has never had a problem with Paypal, she means they have been a perfect marketiing tool for getting her items FREE when she goes shopping!!! I hope people have wised up to her buying methods and have blocked her from their auctions.
Then there is Clinic, that bids up her brother's stamp auctions, then drops out as soon as the 2nd. place bidder's max amount is reached. Then Stampman offers the 2nd place bidder the stamps at their maxed out amount.
Then they apply for work at LIVEWORLD because they know E-bay inside and out!!!!
Huh, you know I just found an old article from about 2002 I think about a ring of scammers who specialized in stamp fraud and shilling on ebay. It was a centered with a male and a female, I believe from either Virginia or Maryland, with their co conspirators all on the east seaboard somewhere. Also, I believe at least one of them was from England. Sure reminded me of a couple "someones", cannot quite place my finger on it.
As far as scammypurins getting exposed, I believe these sorts all know the system so well there is no telling just how corrupt they are really likely to be.
THat thread is the funniest thing I have ever seen though. Sandy really got the chat forum equivalent of "the pink sock", ( and she LOVED IT!)
Anyone reading that can see for themselves in scamdys own words what a sleaze she is.
