I think something we should take into consideration. Every one of my slaps has come from addressing CLINICLADY2000, every one. So we have to assume that is why she is there.

Should we consider her even worth addressing? What does she add to the board? She is there to get people to talk to her so they have a reason to slap you. Anyone that gets a slap should post them to this board so we can associate and see how they are getting us banned.

Dan, my best advice to you is stay away from her and do not try to turn it into a fight, this is how they got you. I have steady turned in CLINICLADY2000 on several strings and she never gets slapped. Why, because she is there for the purpose of getting people mad so they can ban them.

WE know she watches this board, so just tell her here what you think of her and when you say hello to her and give her a wink what it means.

CLINICLADY2000, when I give you the wink it means I think you are a scum bag. I will be back at the end of 30 days and the first thing I am going to do is say hello and fallow it with a . You will not need a secret decoder ring for that.

I agree.the largest percentage of slapped posts that turn into sanctions are probably directed to cliniclady...and sandy as well.

But dont forget..they both regularly scan through postings looking for anything they can report even if its not directed to them. It seems that the quantity reported against you (no matter what they say) is also means to get you sanctioned

I would like to see the moderators who do this held accountable for postings they remove and discipline on. I think they should have to have them kept track of and looked over periodically by someone in charge to make sure they are doing them fairly and legitematly. They should have to respond if you question what was wrong with your post too. I have tried to ask them to clarify what was wrong with a post (because we all know we get some that have absolutely nothing wrong with them) and have never once been responded to.

See, they can remove them and you pretty quickly but they dont have to justify it to anyone but themselves. Anyone being in cohorts with certain posters on the boards has a free pass to remove posters for no reason and no accountability

Yes, I know and I will not be falling into her trap. I did report 2 posts of hers where she blatantly violated board policy. I posted a screenshot here. I do not expect her posts to be removed. That is the problem. Her, Texas and Sandy can insult users all they want. We get posts removed for things that don't really violate the board rules.

Once she sees my post regarding the reported posts I am sure she will go through the entire board and report everyone of my posts.

The PINK SLAPS don't really come from ebay employees I don't think.
(I used to but I just don't think so any more)

I now think those are bogus names used by Slandering Sandy and her crew.

Shows how much FRAUD is on the inside over there don't it?

At least one of these lieworld shills has access
to the admin portion of the PP board per shift I would think.

They can see the IP's of the posters, delete any post or thread they want,
and decide if they wish to issue a warning letter or not.

There is nothing fair over there and I'm sure you have heard
them say "it's ebay's boards they can do what they want" or something like that.

Anyway what can you expect from a company that finances
and condones the behavior we see exhibited by our wonderful host from lieworld
towards ebay's paying customers.

Thats what I mean about the no accountability. They can do that for posts that are not even violations because there is no one there to make sure they dont do it. This is how ebay has allowed these boards to be run, pathetic isnt it?
