Immediately after posting this thread about the possibilities of Google Base going auctions when Google Checkout went c2c it was pulled, as was many threads about Google Checkout. It did not even have a chance to get on post. Not only did they slap me for it, they gave me a 30-day suspension. They do not like this possibility. Wonder why.
I believe that a cord has been struck and eBay\PP are in a fight for their life. Keep the pressure on them; do not give them a chance to breath. Liveworld is losing the battle, and they are losing control of the board.
I will be doing my homework and keeping a very close eye on the board. This will give me a chance to get caught up on a lot of cleaning up in my scrapbook; I have some interesting posts to get ready for here.
Hello cheaperknives,
Recently we became aware that your eBay registered account was involved in the
following activity:
Advertising merchandise, auctions, services or commercial Web sites, including
offers to trade, "wanted" posts, or charitable solicitations.
everyone-boards.html to avoid the possibility of a suspension of your eBay
registration.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this important matter.

I have added a poll and the question is: "Do you think the possibility of Google Base going auction frightens the hell out of eBay?" Just a yes or no will do.
“Were the hell” he muttered as he dug around in his desk drawer “did that fake mustache go!?”
ebay is getting their ass handed to them in Asia and now it is time for someone here to step up.
Personally I think the whole auction thing has worn out on the buying public but you never know. A lot of trends do come back to life so it may help some that are still just doing auctions.
That really sucks. Your posts were never crude. Most were just short and to the point. They know their days are numbered. I pray google starts and online Auction. I signed a google auction petition.
