Absolutely not, i-buy. What my statement meant is that by wasting my time trying to play one-ups-man-ship with Helen I lost the opportunity to help others. Don't follow my example. Stay away from her and crew, and get to the newly paypal raped and help them understand the dangers of what has happened and what can happen to them in the future if they continue to take paypal. Trust me, I will not be at the sidelines.

Yeah, I've noticed a rather large flip-flop in the way shellnseth posts. He/she came onto the board against Paypal and then made an obvious flip.

Notice that after he/she first came on she was all worried about the SNAD complaints. Then (like some miracle) he/she all of a sudden had to file a SNAD on someone. Then she won her complaint and now is all in love with PayPal.

He/she is a fake. There probably never was a SNAD filed. I say he/she made the whole thing up from the get go. Everything is just too obvioius.

If someone came on and posted that they won a SNAD claim - great. But their story leading up to it was bogus and its clear to see by the way they post now. Probably another LW employee who tried to gain trust of newbies by starting their employment as someone against PayPal (who then had to deal with PayPal and won so now they are all for PP).

They are both given a GREEN (read: SAFE) rating.

For the record,

When someone signed up under Sandypurins name on this board, Sandy immediately emailed me and asked that the name be removed because it was not her. Sandy did what I needed her to do to verify that it was, indeed her, asking me to remove the name. Her name was removed and I noted all posts made by that name.

Cliniclady2000 has never once emailed me (and the email address is provided on the site) and asked that her name be removed. She had the same opportunity that Sandypurins had, if it was truly not her who registered here.

If someone registered my name on a site I did not like, I would do whatever needed to have the admin remove it - if it was possible. I do make it possible here because I want everyone from both sides to know they are welcome to discuss issues here. I try my best to treat everyone equally here and I apply the rules to everyone who posts here.

The truth is, when you allow free speech and open discussion there are less arguments than on a moderated board where people feel like they are not being heard. It's my belief that everyone should be heard, regardless of their views. I cannot make pro-paypal posters register here, but I will say that they are welcome to. For those who do, don't lie about it.

The fact that cliniclady has known for quite some time that her name was registered here, and never contacted me about removing it tells me that it is her who registered. In a world of typed words......remember that actions still speak louder than words. Her actions of choosing to not handle the situation in regards to her registration speaks volumes. Of course, this is just my thoughts on the matter. Take it for what its worth.

Look at it this way. There are 466 threads on this board. Approximately 450 of them started by one person. That same person has started numerous threads about clinic. Does that give you a clue as to who may have started the "don't use my name here" thread?
