Clinic telling someone to LIE and if they need to....

May-27-06 17:35 PDT I guess the payment had already processed, and I hit the pay button thinking maybe I hadn't clicked the first time.

Anyways, I got 2 paypal payment received statements, there are 2 payment transactions in my account, they have the same auction numbers. I only purchased one item, and that shows in the sellers history as well. The transactions are a mere 10 seconds apart.

I've emailed the seller, do I need to take any further steps? How long should I wait for a response?

You can also pull the sellers contact info and call them.

cheaperknives, I think cliniclady's advice in post #1 was correct. If the seller had refused to refund the duplicate payment after a week or so, what would be your advice to the buyer?

Yes they have been known to remove their own post too and I BUSTED Sandy a few years back when she tried to copy and paste a PINKS post over shipping to a confirmed address
and the new SPP requirment.

She omits part of the pink post and replaced it with her own words.

I BUSTED her BIG TIME on that one and of course
she promptly REMOVED both her and my posts about it.

Oh Sandy is also Mutt_dog

Get this.. back a few years ago things were so heated up
with pissed off pp customers she started posting song lyrics with her Sandy ID.

Yea songs lyrics... that is what I said...can you believe it?

Then she forgot to log out on her Mutt-dog ID one day and
starting posting songs lyrics with that ID too.

Remember being a little kid and you when you didn't want to hear someone.

You would cover your ears and sing a song or just hum, yell or something
to try and drown out the person speaking to you?

That's these ass wipes in a nutshell. Stuck in third grade.

Well, what an amazing co-inky-dink. I was also just thinking about a song which reminded me of sandy, cliniclady2000, and danshilltard and the rest.

Folks, tell me, are these certain posters(LiveWorld PAID shills), along with their employers, some criminals?

Should this sort of corporate shilling go unchallenged under law?

Shouldnt we focus on that, as well as PayPals mal-policies and practices?

I say we inform each and every poster over there with a problem to contact any and all govt agencies, media outlets, lawmakers, consumer advocate, consumer review sites and so on, to further expose what (IMO) are outright, blatant examples of corporate or white collar crime.
