PissPal leads you to believe that if you want to sue them you have to do it in their home county in California, very convenient for a Company that screws people Nationwide everyday, but from what I have read it seems that being that PissPal operates with Banks all over the Country and their whatever you want to call it You can only sue me in some out of the way California court house is not recognized in this country  so you can legally sue them in any county in the USA and they have to respond ( Please correct me if this is not true) 

The way I see it anyone can sue PissPal for any reason at all in small claims court up to the maximum the Law allows and just like suing anyone else in small claims court if they don't show up personally or their attorneys don't show they lose.

 Imagine PissPal retaining 1000s of Lawyers nationwide on a minute to minute basis and paying them $500.00 a pop to represent their thieving company in court.

If the Lawyers don't show they LOSE, Even if they win they lose.
