Crackheads use sockets (from ratchet sets) & car antennas to smoke crack out of, both of which are sold left & right on eBay so they do sell crack pipes in all reality. Where are you wanting to draw the line??????
What somebody does with a product purchased off eBay is none of your , mine or eBay's business. It is 100% legal to sell paper anywhere even if there is art work on it & even if it is perforated into little squares. If I were to list all the items selling on eBay that could be used for illegal purposes it would be an endless list.
I used to be a drug counselor & where I live there is no LSD & there has not been for about 8-9 years. Chemists now make even more dangerous drugs that sell for more money like X which sells for $20 if not more per pill, they don't mess with making low dollar LSD anymore again at least not where I live.
I am by no means defending eBay or PayPal but I am defending the right to sell something that is 100% legal to sell anywhere (there really are people who collect stuff like that & there are some rare prints from the 60's that are very, very valuable)
They sell the Anarchist Cookbook all over eBay too & the black cover version has been outlawed in many states years and years ago, they are still selling it. The funny thing with that book is all it's really good for is getting you arrested or killed with all the misinformation it provides.

It is the craziest site I have ever seen, dealing with anything & everything against the law. Including how to kill someone, how to commit credit card fraud, how to get even with someone, how to steal from cars, how to burglarize & just how to cause trouble in general.

So by that thinking they should not sell beakers, test tubes, bunsen burners or any thing that could possibly be used to make LSD, right?
If you are a chemist making LSD believe me you don't shop on eBay for blotter paper to put it on because they can get it anywhere for even less than the ones on eBay & any chemist doing such practices already has his paper in hand.
