Seen one seller that has a Harley Davidson snapon tool box for auction that is a 90th anniversary that is even serialized....HAHA funny thing is Harley never made snap on a licensee until 1998. Wait until a buyer pays $3500.00 for that garbage and gets taken. I could report it to ebay but they wouldn't have a clue either. I sent a message to the seller and they admitted someone just custom painted it but its still a fraud item. Happens all the time.
I had a buddy bid $4000 on a pair of headphones a guy had on eBay because I had the same ones on there but he stole my picture. I then went and placed a $4100 bid & the then high bid was like $4025 or $4050. The seller emailed me & said this is a binding contract, you better be willing to pay. I said the item is my item & his auction was a fraud because I took & placed that picture, "our ads were right next to each other too". Funny thing is my picture was not that good, he could have got a lot better picture if he would have tried. This just showed me he was a very lazy seller & possibly a fraud? He did finally cancel me & my buddies bids after a few days. I just made a lazy seller do a little extra work....lol

I could turn it in to Hdlegal ebays vero that is a Harley Davidson manager but I would spend my life turning in ebay fraud. Just about anything out of the middle east that is HD is knock offs and lots of 100th items out of Canada. Being a collector of Harley stuff its getting pretty bad on ebay but all they care about is the money from the sale and listing. Hope a scammer gets the a@@ hole that burned me!!!!!!!!! And he is so proud of his 100% positive feedback lmao. At least so far I don't have to listen to then paypal cheerleader on this board. If I wanted to scam someone boy that is the place to get all the information!!!!!!!!! They don't hinder scamming but encourage it the way I see it.
