Wonder if this means that Ebay Express will be on hold for a while.  That is another rip off for sellers!! 


Sellers make sure your settings are set to only allow Paypal Payments from confirmed addresses if you still offer Paypal at all.

Sellers will not have any choice to filter unconfirmed addresses. They are making UNconfirmed show as confirmed.

All I know is lots of people will be getting a lot of FREE stuff!

I know this to be true, PayPal can & will show you a "confirmed" address
that is in fact the wrong address, It happened to me just before my PayPal
troubles. I shipped a laptop to a lady & got it back "return to sender",
"bad zip". Well in fact it was the wrong zip code & again PayPal showed this
address as "confirmed".
