ebay

I think after paypal if this has a impact the next step would be to go after some of ebays policies.  After all they work hand in hand.  Its way too easy to get a ebay account!!!  All you need is a email address.  How many email addy,s  can a person have?  We know the answer don't we?  Do they call your phone number to verify that?  I will not use paypal again and I am a buyer that got frauded by a seller and sent proof to paypal through dispute resolution and once told to return item with tracking I did.  No one has control over shipping times and at 10 days even if item is held at international dispatch or what ever they close dispute and claim invalid tracking number now you need to work with seller.  In the end you have lost not only your money but the item they had you send back.  So they are just as guilty of fraud as the seller.  I hope another class action suit gets filed against them again, that will be the only chance of recovery I will have.

One bad thing! Class action lawsuits = lawyers get rich & the parties involved getting next to nothing.

Not that I am against a class action suit because it is a means to get some policy changes but not a means to recoup your real losses.

A Santa Clara lawyer needs start handling lawsuits & offering a service to those ripped off by PP or eBay. Getting PP and or eBay in a court room every day, day after day would get old to them real fast. "I would think?" It could even be in a different court in California since the California Supreme Court ruled the user agreement to be "Generally Unconscionable under California Law" Case # C-02-1227 JV (Pvt)
