eBay Hides Community Tab for Some Users

It looks  like eBay is at it again - users are complaining that the marketplace has moved navigation buttons around on the pages, and those who are seeing the new layout are frustrated at being unable to find the "community" tab.

One reader sent a screenshot so I could see what he's seeing, since I'm not part of what appears to be a test. ...

They were playing around with that back in March 2013 too.

I'm wondering if this is somehow related to the LiveWorld/ebay forums situation?

 

Maybe they're just being their usual spastic, twitching selves?
