Smart shoppers, beware of online smartphone scams. EBay is warning customers about fake smartphone scams on the website.
ABC7 contacted Lee County Sheriff's Office fraud prevention specialist Beth Schell for tips to spot the bad deals.
"It's a risky venture whenever you buy something sight-unseen," Schell said.
