Overseas Customer Service Representatives

Does anyone else have problems with the overseas Customer Service Agents fufilling their promises to get a problem solved? Seems like when I call and get the agents, nothing seems to be done but when I get a USA customer service agent, the problem(s) get handled properly.

Don't dare ask for a supervisor or the overseas CSA's will place you on perpetual hold and then disconnect you everytime. It is sickening that Ebay has sunk to the depths it has recently in taking care of it;s customers needs and concerns.

I guess one member summed it up properly when they said "Ebay only cares about money and that's it".

The good old days of Ebay customer care are sorely missed and apparently been replaced with scripted mouthpieces.

What a shame.....

The overseas CS reps are not eBay employees.  They work for whatever company eBay is farming out their CS to.

How much the company gets paid is based upon how many calls are answered.  Providing you with answers, whether correct or not, or helping you with your problem does not get them paid.  Answering the phone does.  That's the way it is.

I hope everyone can recognize the signs of manipulation, deflection, yes indeeed, straight out of psyops 101 or cult brainwashing handbook.

Not ebay's employees, (regardless of the fact they are official customer service) therefore not ebay's fault. Nothing is ever ebay's fault.
