This is a huge tell.

I don't care what wallstreet thinks or whatever the pumped up, overbloated, manipulated share price is.

One thing which makes this double funny is the very recent statement by Devin Wenig

"...We aren't happy with the user experience and we don't need the money,...." he said.

 from here...

eBay to Stop Advertising Inside Mobile Apps: "It's Not Worth It."

Also the fact that labor laws prohibit the employer or contractor from issuing payment with vouchers, tokens, credits, coupons, discounts or credit cards which are only redeemable at the issuers (employers or contractors) business, etc as per the FLSA.

People concerned about this can start inquiries with the US Dept. of Labor or the wage and hour division.

However, I predict that ebayers are so easily coerced, ill-informed, brainwashed and complacent, that some will gladly accept being paid with ebay credits, and even foot the bill for their own sale's shipping themselves with real cash.

LoLz!
