eBay to delete dormant accounts in 30 days

LoL! I see this issue is surfacing again in the UK. I wonder if they'll actually follow through? After all, how will they be able to strongarm people for bogus fees from hijacked accounts? What happens when their membership shrivels by half or more? If they didn't play so many games with the closing procedure, along with actually registering & verifying at the gate, disallowing an infinite number of accounts per person (real or fake) they would already be showing serious decline IMO,
