EBay Plans Fulfillment Service for Sellers

EBay said it will start testing a merchandise storage-and-shipping service for its sellers later this year, a move that would help the online marketplace standardize delivery times for its merchants.

Spokeswoman Johnna Hoff said the San Jose, Calif., company will launch a fulfillment service, as it is known in the parlance of online commerce.
