PayPal has hired a new Vice President for Retail and Prepaid Products to help bring PayPal offline and into traditional retail stores. Don Kingsborough helped launch Nintendo game consoles in the U.S., ran the toy company responsible for "Teddy Ruxpin" and "Lazer Tag," and founded Blackhawk Network, a provider of prepaid third-party card products and a subsidiary of Safeway Foods.
This is actually great news for anti-PP people. because each and every place you see the PP logo flying is another platform to dissuade others from using it.
When you get the message across, whether overtly or via more subtle means, (things like Paypal supports and protects fraudsters and scammers, uses paid undercover liars to try and fool the public, censors their forums and sends paid trolls and stalkers to harrass critics on other sites, is hacked and leaking, is used for ebay insider fraud, money laundering, and counterfeiting, illegally seizes and holds funds without due proceess, acts outside the legal boundaries of 'money transmitters', used to funnel money to terrorists, has atrocious (non)customer service, will leave you stuck with overdraft fees caused by their errors, routinely freezes accounts based upon political agendas (while giving false reasons,) and on and on etc..... )
Anyway, when others see and hear that in real life, it is much more likely to influence them to never use Paypal or close their accounts and spread the word about the true nature of this shady fly-by-night rip-off outfit.
