I'll throw this thought there out too: Both the failed eMeg campaign and ebay-paypal have many similarities to the Nazis. Even when you view things purely from the Administrative point of view. Multiple layers of beaurocracy, duplicated efforts, 'secret' or experimental projects etc. Subordinates acting or reacting out of fear, not respect.
