Is Negative Word-of-mouth wrecking Ebay's Domestic Revenues?

Just my theory...
EBAY is ruining ebaY's revenues, worldwide, and people are talking about it.

Of course I never miss a chance IRL to let anyone know that ebaY is a haven for ID theft, fraud, stolen goods, virus trojans, shill-bidding, etc. Also how PP operatesd outside the law in many states, freezes accounts for no good reason then cannot even explain why...  Once they hear about all that, and since there is more than ample proof thereof, it's a foredrawn conclusion they won't be going to or using ebaY/PP.

I sometimes have wondered if ebaY regrets anything they've done to motivate and inspire the growing numbers of their critics?
