eBay Changes Shipping-Cost DSR Feedback Policy

"eBay will now automatically award sellers five stars in their shipping cost DSRs if they offer free shipping and meet certain criteria. eBay spokesperson Johnna Hoff said the policy change currently applies only to U.S. and Canada marketplaces and said eBay is evaluating roll-outs to other locations. eBay Ink blogger Andy Chase said via Twitter that the policy would be "coming soon to other sites including UK, DE, AU."....
