I cannot stress this enough. This info needs to be posted onto the paypal forum at ebaY. Over and over again.   ... 

Just a little word here to readers along:
Bear in mind that the 'suspected' paid shills over there are completely bought, paid for and owned. They can't stop what they are doing even if they wanted to.

They are not lawyers. they are not legal experts. No need to try and argue anything with them. There will be no winning on a rigged platform full of professional liars. They are junior criminals; cyber-con-henchmen of the one of the most hated entities there ever has been.
But what if people were to use that knowledge to troll the living shiznitz out of them? They can't stop. They have to respond, no matter what or how stinky! You own them just as this issue does.

Also if you catch them in lies, false and misleading statements, dubious advice (eg; advising to pay off eb-paypal collections holds/freezing/debt, even though eb-pp refuse to reveal the nature of the debt, claiming subpeonas are needed to acquire that info. or, advising to close bank account rather than stop check,  advising to send countefeit through the US postal sevice etc)  or whatever, don't be afraid to post screencaps to blogs,  fora, youtube, facebook, twitter,  etc.

Don't be afraid to file written complaints to the FTC etc citing  A) The use of paid-word-of-mouth-advertisers, endorsers, 'agents', as well as B) A suspected pattern of fraud via deception, eg; using fake persuaders to influence and/or steer the behavior of the battered consumers. C) Any of the above mentioned or similar circumstances.
