Ebay Chat Rooms

Wow, Ebay chat rooms are filling up with confused, pissed off sellers and buyers.  It hurts to see people so devastated by EBays Corporate Cult.

One lady said she just bought $5,000 in inventory from Ebay Live and now she is stuck there.  Just another Grandma, wanting to chase the dream of making enough money to stay home with the kids.

I am going to post my correspondence from Paypal on the last arbitration that I want through with Square Trade, just to get my non paying bidders feedback removed.

After $19.95 per dispute I was told that they were closing the disputes and leaving Ebay as of May 12th.  Hell, they charged me almost $60 to tell me that they were leaving Ebay.  They never refunded my money or litigated the dispute!   I have also heard of this happening to others.

Another time was when I caught a $300.00 transaction that was a fraud and went to stop it from clearing through Paypal.  When they refused until the transaction cleared I took off my checking and credit card information before they could hit the accounts.

Funny how they managed to charge my credit card anyway for the transaction and charged me interest for months until they resolved the issue.  Did they refund my interest or pay me dividends on my money?  NOT!!!!

Not only that, I have been trying to close the account for months only to be told that there are pending transactions.  Even though I have not used the account since May 1 Boycott.  They have some bogus charge that keeps trying to take money from the account but since I made sure my financial information is off the account, they refuse to close it.

I shiver at the thought of having to waste yet more time getting them to close the account, again.  Just worried about how much information they retained from before I changed it to 123 Street.  LOL

Man, I could go on for 10 years about all the crap I have put up with from Ebay.  It seemed like every month there was another glitch, fee, hoax or ding in the system.  I kept hoping it would get better but it only got worse.  And from what I can tell on the site, it is not getting any better.

Yeppp, I still have my eBay account.  I have tried to close that also only to be told that I have transactions pending.

These people have got to be stopped from these tactics.  I was looking at a protest on Scientology on YouTube and it seems funny that the same anonymous user name that was barred from here.  Just thought that seems pretty strange.

Well not that much, you can find me on YouTube under the same user name as I have here.  I realize that it could be a coincidence but looks pretty fishy to me.  Is Ebay policy based on Scientology Theory?  Kind of scary to think this world has come to that.  HUMMM   Don't want to judge anyone but it does make one wonder.

You have struck upon some real issues and concerns there, first off with the use of the term "Cult" as we see here.
Knowing that is actually a marketing strategy for them, although presented in a somewhat tongue-in-cheek manner, it is more less true, and quite frankly, frightening.

And yet, after all that we have seen, there are still those clinging to the false beliefs of trustworthiness and integrity on eb's part.  Simply unreal!

IMO, Those poor souls need to get away from those chat rooms and eb at large and take a hard look from outside. And learn about dependance disorders,  the stages of acceptance - denial etc. (all in the larger & broader sense)

(some folks strongly believe & suggest many of them are being paid for their 'services' there, btw)

BTW, not sure if I ever really said THANKS for being brave enough to join the fight on web 2.0.
Not everyone is unfortunately.

But as we see to a larger degree with that 'other' situation over there, people are willing to stand up against these monolithic 'cult' entities.
I suspect they have the amount of folks speaking/ vidding out because they are mostly younger people, and that is more about principles, and stopping a monster, not money on their part.

I had someone post a critical comment at one of my videos which used a short segment of a 10-15 year old song, and the comment was something like most people at ebay were older and wouldn't enjoy that. LOL
Very telling. I suppose most folks still there are 'set in their ways' too perhaps.
FWIW, I have used older music where music was used since then though.

Yes, I can see that I am still a baby in all of this but when I saw Holocost on the flashes of that one vid where the band was playing at Ebay Live, all of a sudden a light bulb went off.  And all the dots started coming together.  It wasn't until I was so visiously attacked by others on YT for exposing the truth, that I fell to my knees and sot more answers.  The sibliminal messages started becoming more and more obvious and yet the more we yell for people to look at them, the more they seem to get confused or scared.

I found a book about the anti-christ the other day and a very nice lady reacted to it and threw it back in the bin, stating that it was evil.  What she didn't realize is it was about exposing the same BS that we are trying to do.  I guess people think that if you are writing about it, they assume that you are endorsing it.  How small minded, and enabling that is.  As if, ignoring the fact that evil exsists, will make it go away.  We know that it doesn't work that way but not all do, sadly enough, and they run in fear.  Just as I did when I was being threatened on YT by some.

I was watching Big Idea yesterday and realize that using the tactics there were helpful in reviewing videos.  The body language and such.  But in the end it all remains the same.   If it is wrong in my soul, then I will say so.

What a better why to declare war on a population than through the very addiction that we have all learned to rely on so much.  That is better than nuclear as they can control the fumes.

Wow, there I go again, going off on the tangent.  There is just so much to expose and so little time to do it.  I realize we are making great affects to expose Ebay and their affiliates but people have to realize that it isn't only Ebay, Paypal, Skype ect.  It is the massive crimes on humanity in how this world is being run.  So huge!!! But we have no other choice but to fight it, unless we wish to hand the devil our souls and that is not even an option for me.  It never has been and never will be.

Thank you for keeping me on track and please feel free to hit me with that silly stick if I need it, just no to hard.  LOL

The feeling of aleination is so frightening and non productive.  How can we prevent that from happening again, to others.  I realize they are far more evil than I ever thought possible and when I was warned, I had no idea how profound it is.

Please let me know, any way in which I can help.  I am truely sincere about all of this.

Okay, now that I am in here I went to close the account again and I can paste the response that I received here:

Your Account Can't Be Closed at This Time

Hell, I have been trying to close this account since May, and they are still having the problem.  How can I get this account closed?  I have the same problem on Paypal.

I have removed my personal information but even wonder if they haven't retained that informations because my blog is showing all of the user names I have used in the recent efforts to run from the creeps that caused these issues in the first place.

I guess you need a court order in order to get them to close your account?  Does that seem right?

Maybe I am missing something here but all I want to do is close the account without having to spam their site to do it.  And trust me, it isn't like I haven't tried that tactic.  But they still don't do it.

When I was selling, they suspended me for 8 weeks because the deadbead knocked my DSR rating as a non performing seller.  Well hell yeah, I am not going to send him the stuff until he paid, which he never did.

I would auction the account off but I have not listed and will never list there again.

Besides, who in their right mind would see any value in having an account with Ebay?

All I want is for them to go away. Does anyone have an answer for me?

furious

Closing your Ebay Account

Okay I must have done something to get farther in the process than I have ever been able to before but now I have another huge question.

WTF?  After closing the account I received the following message.  Why in Gods name does it take them 180 days to close the account?  This is absolutely crazy.  Alot could happen to my account information between now and 180 days.

Also, how can they justify taking any funds under $50 when closing your Paypal account.  That isn't their money, even if it is 1 cent they should rightfully have to return it to the account owner upon closing the account.  Fortunately I only had 1 penny in there but how can they just keep the money if it is less than $50.00?

I have never seen such blatten crimes against the consumer as such.  They must be stopped.  How much money have they kept from people closing the accounts asside from the fraudulent transactions that they took on the account?

Man this who mess is a can of worms and they must be stopped.

We have started the process to close your account. The process may take up to 180 days. Once your account has been closed, we will send an email to your registered email address.

We value your membership in the eBay Community, and we wish we could convince you to stay. A customer support representative may contact you to see if there's anything we can do to address your concerns.
