It's true though, although the compensation is through LieWorld not eBay, I believe. (and it's NOT that many people) If the thread is still up it's a good indication it is a 'set up thread' for the reason I just mentioned above.
If it was actually a pissed off shill. The thread would of disappeared in seconds flat.
I contacted live help and asked how I could get into the shill program for the ebay boards and was told to contact powersellerinfo@ebay.com for more information.
Live help stated they could not answer questions about it.

The idea is to 'buzz' the product or service (on a particular targeted forum), so your 'loyal customers' will engage in the online conversation and help the paid shills spread the news about the product or service.
Problem is that these frauds (buzz marketers) are providing false testimony to try to promote the products or services. They hide that fact they are being compensated as they KNOW 'loyal customers' would be more skeptical if LieWorld agents disclosed the fact they are indirectly working for the company and being compensated to post the 'buzz' or positive spin for the company.
Here is what is going to get them when this all comes out. The well documented FACTS that these same paid shills have been abusing the true paying customers at those forums for years. This probably will be seen by Federal prosecutors as acts of collusion as well as conspiracy to commit fraud, fraud, aiding and abetting in criminal activity and online harassment.
See... By LAW they are supposed to identify themselves that they are being compensated. Just imagine, if they are willing to break this Federal law, what other laws are they willing to break just for a Live World pay check?
Remember on their website they used to call these shills they hired, 'BUZZ MARKETERS'? But after getting hammered and exposed for the frauds they really are, they changed their wording quit a lot. lol
You know when the chit hits the fan the people on the top are going to deny they had any knowledge that their 'paid shills' where engaging in this illegal conduct... but I don't think that's going to be believed by the judges or juries and I see jail time and heavy fines in the future for some of the top executives at LieWorld HQ.
The good news for us honest people is that the viral crap they have been spreading, (the Kool-Aid) is so tainted now that there's not many people left to partake in the drinking of said Kool-Aid any longer.
