Yesterday, there was something posted in the paypal thread that was quickly removed. Sandypurins posted something and I would love to know what was posted and then quickly removed??? Anyone here know???
Have not tuned in there recently, but I guess there was a nagging question she deflected over & over again, she finally answered it and the postings went poof.

Looks like they finally got her to admit paypal was not safe or else that she was opposed to forcing PP only in Oz from what I see. Not sure exactly, but here is a clue.
Too funny! I think I detect sarcasm there.
But looks like there is more going on now in the wake of that hilariously sleazy and crooked Frerk-Malte- Feller affair
"Hi all, just in from Germany - eBay reverses PayPal mandatory rule that had been introduced for several subcategories earlier this year!
This is a translation of an email that has been sent out to German sellers (original can be viewed here
Hi (member ID),
in some categories and for some listing formats (ex.: 1-day auction listings), sellers must offer PayPal as an additional payment method to protect buyers. In oder to understand our customers' requirements even better, we've been testing several fee models in some subcategories. Effective June 12, 2008, we are reversing the general obligation of our sellers to offer PayPal in these subcategories. Thank you very much for your support!
The reversal of the obligation (to offer PayPal) is valid for the following categories:
Collectibles: Military collectibles > 1871-1918 > German Empire Military collectibles > 1918-1945 > Gear and Spare Parts Military collectibles > 1918-1945 > Photos, Letters, Postcards Military collectibles > NATO-Shop > Uniforms Police & Govt. Agencies > Police & Special Units > Germany after 1945
As we have now collected meaningful results, we are reverting to our general rules and fees in these subcategories. The collected data will be used for our steps for further development of the marketplace. We are waving the general obligation for our sellers to offer PayPal in these subcategories effective June 12, 2008. We recommend the use of PayPal to all eBay members, because we have clearly seen that security level and willingness to buy have risen by using PayPal.
Addendum - eBay Germany made it compulsory for sellers listing in the above-mentioned categories to offer PayPal effective Apr. 3, 2008. Listings in those categories are not exactly scam-prone, so we can assume that it was a test.
Soon after paypalization of those categories, buyers reported a drastic decrease in listings in those categories on the German boards, and an increase of listings on rival sites in Germany. Sellers specialised in those categories have taken their business elsewhere.
This mail coincides with news about an investigation of eBay Germany by the German anti-trust agency. "
I sometimes let some of these posters over there know exactly who these paid frauds at the PP board are.
I don't go over there too much any more (so boring) and haven't even tried to log in, in a couple of years, but somehow... the fraud known as Helen 'thinks' I'm every other poster over there. Too funny...
After reviewing your postings, none of which are/were on topic for this forum, we find that each and every post, without exception, is/was a profanity laced personal attack.
Furthermore, we find that the associated IP address was used to create more than one such account, including 'spoofing' of popular ebay forums and ebay related forum names, which is against the rules here at CAPP.
Continuing on, other members have also now been banned on "both sides" (if you will) for reasons such as stated above, and also for "false personation" etc.
Please keep in mind this forum is Consumers Against PayPal Policies, notthe rank and file personalities.
Note to all members: Please refrain from launching purely personal attacks on anyone while posting here, regardless of your POV.
It is completely possible (and expected) to discuss the issues without the purely personal insults, and the need to badger, harass etc.
Happy posting!
