The very same or similar image has been observed in tens if not hundreds of thousands of fake listings, which appeared to have"evolved" from "test" listings, since then.

Below is the highest fake item count I observed that day, much higher than in the video, and the page where the teset listings & the fully formed fake listings met, at that time.
