Convicted THIEF ebaY gets a small reprieve

Convicted THIEF ebaY gets a small reprieve.

This is in regards to the ongoing lawsuit from MercExchange, over the Buy-IT-Now situation.

IT seems that District Court Judge Friedman has set the next hearing for June 12th (2007) at 11 am.

Classic quote from AuctionBytes article; (below)

" Both parties filed their briefs on March 26 after Judge Friedman chastised them last month, advising the parties to "stop filing letters, motions and briefs attempting to make an end run around the 20-page limit expressly established in this court's 12/18/06 order." "

Also, I notice that AuctionBytes seems to be the ONLY website/news outlet with an update report on this.
