Anyway, I went over there, following a link from my vid, and started playing around, here is one curious thing I found.

the Paypal UA is confusing, contradictory, obtuse.

I've read the UA quite a bit, IMHO it is 180 degrees
from being "Reasonable Disclosure".

Until the wording of the UA is changed, anything a Pink says is just a "nice try".

The Paypal Help Link leads to contradictions of the UA, the Pinks, the Reps.

The Phone Reps, according to many Posters who have talked to them, seem to give many answers that are in direct conflict with the UA, the Pinks, and the Help section.

As I said, I have read the UA many times.
it is why, after 800 successful paypal transactions, I stopped using Paypal.

Obviously after reading this Board for many years, using Paypal is confusing
for quite a few intelligent people.

Which buyers' address would that be??

As no specific addreess is stated, then it should (must) be the address supplied to the seller on the transaction details page, right ??

Then, since no mention was made of, what has always been to me an important factor, the CONFIRMED address, then the confirmed address is NOT necessary to be protected against INRs.

In the good ol' days, when men were men and personal accounts were usable on ebay for selling, I would NEVER ship much of ANYTHING to an unconfirmed addresss, as I thought (and still do think) that the confirmed address, combined with USPS signed -for insurance was the best protection money could buy. The SPP itself never seemd to be worth persuing.

So now, it looks like the seller will be covered by properly shipping to the buyer's address, i.e., the address, confirmed or not, that appears on the transaction details page.

This can't be true, but, without that all important word "confirmed", that's the way it is.

Since Amanda took as long as she did to properly craft her answer, it is difficult to believe that such an impottant word was overlooked.

Or. could this be another paypal typo??

I will reserve the right to pick and choose from the answers, but is this new thing worthy of new thread ??
I've seen lots of threads go on about far less than this.

Yup, she was on a roll this weekend. Going overboard on the reporting button. I again spoke the truth and found myself getting 9 PS's this weekend, some posts going back 2 weeks and earned myself a 30 day vacation.

I think I will use my extra time to spread the word about the truth of what goes on within Ebay.

She is obviously using the multiple posts thingy to get posters sanctioned. It truly is sad that they are so worried about certain posters that instead of fighting it out with them or responding like an adult they (and mostly clinic) have to report and get the posters removed. Kinda like how Hitler and Sadaam handled those who dared speak against them ya know? I wonder how they feel being compared in the company of those great men?

And they just dont even worry or care about skeeter and his posts which violate more posting rules then anyone else on the boards..and I have never seen him off for even a week.

It was Virus who recently informed me that I would soon be gone from there forever. Right, it is so easy to create a new id there.

Clinic said she lost someone in the Virginia shooting. I wonder how it makes her feel that the bullet that killed her former student was brought off ebay, a company she defends so greatly.

I reported many of your posts for the past few weeks as I am bored at the moment. Work is lacking so I need to find something to keep my busy.
