eBay Glitch Prevents FVF Refunds for Sellers

April 06, 2007 Sellers uncovered a glitch that they say is keeping eBay from refunding fees owed to them. The problem stems from credits sellers request for "Final Value Fees" (FVF) from transactions in which the buyer never paid for the items (UPI, or Unpaid Items). eBay refunds FVF for sellers who are victims of deadbeats, but sellers reported on Thursday that they have not been receiving credits due to them.

Glitch my eye!

Just curious...

Has anyone EVER heard of a glitch in the sellers, or buyers favor @ sleazebaY?

I sure cannot.  I remember double billing glitches that caused me great hardship, but NEVER once one that gave me an extra nickel!

I remember the double billing glitch too, Bud!


This is so funny... eBay discovered the "glitch" what a surprise that they discovered it after the news got out, who they trying to kid?

Yeah, that double billing thingy caused me some undue grief.
Took months to straighten everything out.
It is criminal negligence at some point.

ebay, put it down!
