Looks like one to me. A payment service with only one page of information is a red flag to me. I wouldn't try it and I don't think many customers are willing to download anything to try it either. Google Checkout is by far the best in my opinion. They have a name to back them up and are easy to use.

Nap, I think you are right about that. Koala, have you heard anything about them, outside of their own site? It may be someone is trying to do PP the right way, but until they become established, I would go with one that has some background. It might be worth watching though. It would be nice if someone DID come along and show PP how it should be done.

I don't know.. it looks like it just came out this year though so I can find practically nothing that mentions it, even when I do a google search. Besides the link I posted earlier, this was the only other thing I could find

Barely even mentions it, though.. you have to go to the bottom of the page and it is mentioned once in very small print in the "members' comments".

In any case, I think I'll keep my eye on this and see what comes up..
