colonyboy, I have no idea what you're talking about. If anyone has messed with your auctions, it was NOT me!!!!!!!!

I am VERY disappointed that you would even THINK that I would interfere with your auctions or any auction...

I've known your seller username for at least 4 years... we have consistently had disagreements about PayPal, but... I have NEVER interfered with your auctions, and... I have never wanted to interfere with your auctions.

What exactly is your complaint?

colonyboy,

Did I EVER interfere with your previous auctions?

Did you check your email?

Sandy cut him some slack. Sometimes those foil hats can get awfully tight. Particularly when Jupiter's seventh moon is in retrograde.

I've already cut him some slack by giving him the opportunity to apologize. Maybe I should not be so generous?

Maybe I should not be so upset by such a ludicrous accusation?

Considering the posts on other boards, maybe it should be no surprise... :(

colonyboy, What is your response?

I will address this issue once and hopefully it will be the only time that I will be "required" to address this issue...

The fact is that I did not bid on the Cletus auction... the FACT is that the person who bid on that auction contacted me for advice... the FACT is that I advised that person to not complete payment for that auction because the seller had alraedy posted his intention to defraud by shipping SNAD merchandise to an address within the buyer's city/state zip code but a completely different actual address.

I have screen shots and the HTML code plus the eBay threads to prove that what I state is accurate. The buyer, after reading the various posts on the PayPal board and "other" advice, asked the seller (Cletus) to mutually cancel the auction. Cletus responded by filing an "Unpaid Item Dispute" and the buyer responded by paying for the auction.

I wonder... would Cletus like to share that delivery confirmation number?

Oh my..Sandy
I will be glad to respond...
First of all no one forced you into participating in this transaction...you stated you fully understood and agreed
I use tracking software on my auctions..
I supplied you with an auction number that was not yet listed on the site...you visited that auction prior to
posting the auction number (which I asked you not to do)
The first person who visited that auction won the auction..
The ONLY persons who had the auction number were myself and YOU!..
The time line CLEARLY shows who visited first and who won
Care to explain that?

Cletus..:)

sandypurins (242 ) View Listings | Report Mar-04-07 10:20 PST 24 of 68
mimiluvspappy13, Yes... that is true and Cletus knows that is true because the person who bid on the auction told Cletus that he decided it was not wise to play "games" with PayPal and USPS fraud... he (the winning bidder) based his decision on the email responses he received after contacting several eBay board members.

The winning bidder asked Cletus to mutually cancel the auction... the reason being that he didn't want to participate in mail fraud and playing games with PayPal disputes and USPS.

Cletus had the option of filing "mutually cancelled" unpaid item, but... he chose to claim that the bidder refused to pay...

The bidder has now paid and... Cletus is now "expected" to ship the merchandise.

It does not provide the members ID however it does track
each IP individually and records visits from each IP..
It also provides a time line of each visit and identifys the winning IP..
The IP that visited this auction 10 minutes prior to the auction number being posted is the same IP that won the auction...

There is no way to tell if your auctions appears on the site to others or not. Just because it hasn't appeared to you yet doesn't mean other haven't seen it. Indexing seems to update for some before others.

Several times lately I've gotten bids on auctions that have been up for less than 10 minutes. One was up less than 5 minutes. I didn't think anyone could see them yet so out of curiousity I did a search and sure enough, they did not yet show for me. Didn't for several hours in fact. Yet someone else was able to view them through search and bid.

How about a nice glass of elderberry wine?

ccornflake (-3 ) View Listings | Report Mar-04-07 10:37 PST 33 of 68
Sorry Abby but that dont fly...
The person who won this auction was the first person to visit it...it was not an item that was in great demand and chances of it being someone other than the person who had the auction number are slim to none..
Sandy agreed to participate and then changed her mind..
She just will not admit it..

My intent was to illustrate just how absolutely useless
USPS delivery confirmation is as "proof" of shipping to a confirmed address...
it proves nothing but delivery to a zipcode
Paypal should not be accepting it as proof of delivery to a specific address...
But since it is painfully obvious that Sandy no longer wishes to participate I intend to refund her payment...
No one forced her into anything..
She is not the type of person I wish to associate with..

Sandy at this point if you are not the person that won this auction then perhaps you should let cletus and the buyer work this through. Sometimes we just have to accept responsibility for our actions. The person who bid should accept theirs.

mimiluvspappy13, I have received emails from quite a few members who are afraid to post on the eBay PayPal board. I always answer their questions as best that I can.

Sometimes my advice is not 100% consistent with eBay policies, ie. I think a buyer should not pay an obviously scamming seller.

Cletus has made this an issue about him and me regardless who is the buyer.

I will not respond to this "Cletus" subject on any other thread other than this thread. If you wish to discuss the "Cletus" situation, please do it here... PLEASE do not take it to all the other PayPal threads... :)

"I think a buyer should not pay an obviously scamming seller."

I would feel the same way in most instances involving an "innocent" buyer. However in this case the buyer made a decision to bid on this listing knowing full well the challenge that had been put forth. He/she should have just stayed out of the whole thing. It opened up a whole can of worms that would have been better left alone.

Thought I'd drop in for a little chat and then get back to work.

I am a great believer in coincidence, up to a point.

Sandy made a point of bringing up, in a recent thread, my payment acceptance wording in my auctions' text and that it violated listing policy in some minute, meaningless way, even though this had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the thread topic.

Funny thing is, a little while later, when I had 90 items listed, 67 with bids, SOMEONE starts reporting my auctions to eBay for the EXACT SAME THING innapropriately brought up by Sandy in the thread.

I had no way to make the required, tiny modification to my listings on the items with bids.

I can believe what I want to believe, can't I ??

She may not have pulled the trigger, but the spark was provided by her, at the very least.

Back to work :(

The reason a listing may find a buyer within a few minutes of being listed is because the buyer has clicked on "View seller's other items" and not because they could find it via ebay's search.

Save everything in duplicate htm files. (right click, save webpage, complete, ore save as htm doc, whatever...)

Label one with the thread name, one with the url, (just leave whatever the label already is in there.

Once saved, do not open or alter the files. Record on media. Keep them safe.

I am really suprised that the thread is still going strong.

You would think 'someone' would have had it pulled by now.

I'm surprised it's still up over there too.
That's the only reason I started this thread here Jav.
I wanted to illustrate and record the POS lying slut.
She's been caught many times already with a lot of her socks too, so this should be of no surprise to anyone.
Right out of the gate she's denying something that was not even mentioned yet.
Shows true guilt and her little whore side kicks are just as bad.
It's all good people, karma will catch up to them all someday.

Its damage control..The regular posters all know she bid...
but the posts must be removed so any newbie happening to read the thread
does not get the REAL picture...
Cinderella can not have her glowing image tarnished...
She failed to answer any direct question I asked her
so
I'm through posting to that thread...I believe I have proven her to be a liar
and thats good enough for me..:)

I guess lurkers will have to ask themselves if they could ever trust Sandy, Clinic, Skeeter, (dkid & others...)

They all have a long history of being nasty on this board that spans half a decade or more. This is one of the side-effects of all that nastiness - no one would believe any of you even if you were innocent.

Tragic isn't it? Well, maybe not as tragic as now knowing that your best efforts to defend PayPal are actually producing the direct opposite result... You are just making things worse!

Not only is it a violation for skeeter to constantly call other posters morons, but it also is counter productive to your cause of abolishing currency in favor of global PayPal enslavement.

I guess the sad irony to all of this is... LiveWorld and eBay condone Sandy, Clinic and even that vile Skeeter's behaviors, which are not good for ANYONE. (Not even Sandy now that her character is in question...

Bye, bye birdy! Seems you've dug a hole for yourself. If you can't understand how others see you three on this board, then you really are crazy.

now below is post 257
