Also, she actually admitted to the interference twice. Post 223 and post 240. Post 240, which she clearly stated she told the bidder not to complete the auction, is gone. Most likely a self report as this was the post that would have done her in.

I emailed Avery and he stated he is passing this on to Trust and Safety for review. Does anyone know if ebay would be able to review deleted posts?

 Damage Control  on the board again huh?  I hope every one captured the posts. If we all keep sending the posts to Avery, and ask him to let us know what the decision is on Slandy's punishment, maybe they won't be able to sweep it under the rug.  What would they do to us if WE were caught doing the same thing?  Does it warrant permanent banning or what?

I own Slandy.  But I'm putting her up for sale on e-Bay!  No PP!!! I don't want them sending her back when they find out she's defective.  :awwa:

Actually it looks like Ebay owns Sandy. They locked that post and removed her incriminating comments. Can't let the world know their poodle is violating policy and getting the OK from ebay can they?

Typical, she tells a winning bidder not to pay. It gets reported and nothing happens to her. Ebay turns a blind eye. She harasses other users on the PP board and the posts get reported yet stay up. She violates the PP board repetitive post policy, the posts get reported and nothing happens. Yet, we are not to believe she is an employee of ebay or liveworld. Maybe she isn't employed by Ebay or LW. Maybe she is, in fact, Megs personal Bitch.

I suppose you don't see a problem with her violating policy on a regular basis do you?

Post 240, which was originally Sandys, is gone. I emailed Avery and pointed post 240 out to him. It then went Poof. and the thread was locked. I guess they have to protect their own. Now, with no new posts, the thread will disappear from site and memory.

Avery said he would pass the information onto Trust and Safety but we all know Ebay will again ignore Sandys Purins continued violations and nothing will happen to her. She has crossed a line and apparently CAN get away with murder. How many people out there can post an admittance of auction interference and nothing be done. I will give you a hint, (1).

I wonder if Meg also wipes Sandys ass after she drops a deuce.

Oh, Bored.  Yeah, Slandy's on a real winning streak lately!   You know some of the other places she hangs. (check your post on the SECRET thread).  or, go the the History.... thread and you'll find one place in the article there. Go give her some help.  She's never very well received no matter where she is.  AND AND AND BORED!!,  any idea what Slandy was doing at CC's auctions?  Just sTROLLING by and decided to drop in on Cletus to chat?  Slandy is starting to make Skeeter look like a member of mensa.

Just so everyone understands my intentions..I intended to prove to Clinic that delivery confirmation was useless as a proof of delivery...she would not accept the challenge as she knew she would lose the bet...
Sandy stepped in and accepted the challenge ( I believe she thought that the auction would be hosted by Cletus and she would be able to neg him and get him suspended.)
Te auction was one I run all the time and Miss thing already knows my selling ID..
She was fully aware that I did not wish to publish the auction number to the thread but she did so anyway along with my selling ID..( she has a mean soul)
What she was not aware of is that I use View-Tracker on all my auctions and I selected an auction that was a relist but was not yet on the site..She visited the auction upon receipt of the email containing the auction number prior to publishing the auction number to the thread..
Only myself and she had access to that auction number prior to her going public with it..
I have a complete time line of her visits and can PROVE only she had access to the auction number..
I can also prove that the first ID that visited the auction won the auction with a BIN....:)
I have sent all this proof to eBay along with a copy of her post claiming she did not bid but advised the winner not to complete the transaction...
I did not intend for her to admit to transaction interference...that was a bonus...
If she would have completed the transaction and admitted that she had lost the Paypal INR claim
I would have returned her 10 bucks..I am not a thief...
I seriously doubt they will do anything to her as is evidenced by the locking of the thread
and the subsequent removal of threads which have even the slightest hint of a relation to the locked thread...
She made a serious blunder by admitting to auction interference and even if eBay does nothing
about it.The fact that she admitted to it can be brought to her attention for years to come....that fact alone is worth all the slaps I have received from this incident...

Rest assured she will be back, regardless of whatever they post, or however many times they are shown to be untruthful or scammers or just plain loathsome themselves, just like skeet, clink2k, that sixth grade business school grad, and others.

BTW cletus, it looks like you were mentioned in a video. Did you see that?

From what I understand the noose is getting tighter.

Remember when they used to poof threads because they contained the truth about PP?  Now they have to poof them because Slandy shows up.  So they are paying her so they can poof her.   She needs a break!
