I am on FF 1.508 with spoofstick and according to it, the page is authentic. Securuty certificates also look ok, both lock icons are there, url bar turns tan, PW manager works.
Look at all the ru hokiness in the url and track some of that down...

while going to signin pages from different links from within the ebay site, about half the time it takes forever (up to (about 1 1/2 -- 2 full minutes on cable BB) for the page to load and the url looks like the one above, with all the BS in it.
The other half of the time the page loads in about 5 seconds and the url is much, much shorter...
what is the deal?

Well, really who cares I guess. I must have been drinking too much cough syrup again to want to use that scam site anyway. I am better today. Found alternate sources.
