Furthermore, I feel it is safe to subsume that the problem is very similar, if not larger here in the USA.
Note two of the main points raise are that ebay is well aware of the problem and is making a profit by sheer inaction, eg; they allow the same reported sellers/items even 2 months later.
Now multiply that bogus profit by x number of times.
Who are the real scammers?

and thank God, PP is just as money transfer service, because with all of our banking info they insist on, if they wanted to, they could rip people off.
B, have you see anons work on You Tube? Good stuff.

Well Ice, you hit the nail with that comment. What sort of reputable firm would advise their customers to go against the grain of the most very basic online safety rule; never give out your bank account password to ANYONE. Duh!
There is not one single legit reason in the world why anyone, individual or business should require or even request that info. Pure sleazery!
There was one comments poster at the blogging stocks site whom stated that all the signs were there of an outfit ready to do some major withdrawls.
Oh, and as far as those videos on youtube, thanks.
Alerting consumers about sleazy ripoff websites can be mighty entertaining
There will be more...
(or should I say "Film @ eleven"?)
mu-ahahahaha

You rock man. I'm so glad someone is still working at it. This old dude is too tired after three years of constant harrasment at the hands of lieworld and ebay ass kiss cop wanna bees.
I tell you this.. if I do a u tube it's going to be me doing... well something with me tube.
I will have to say that for the very 1st time ever trying to use the generic Windows movie (on WIN ME OS at that) program I am happy with them. (them there videos)
Here IRL, everyone who has seen them has laughed their a@@es off, while at the same time learning what a dangerous, sleaze and scam infested site that place is.
In my area, most folks know that sleazebay is a big ripoff anyway. We had a LOT of local press coverage about the CONSTANT scams and lack of site security, and ebays indifference to it all last year.
Lemme just tell you guys(gals too) something. At the post office, some fat, pompous lackwit came strolling right through/past everyone in line with a bunch of packages. He said, (and I quote,) "Get out of my way, I'm an ebay powerseller"...
Well the lines were long and needless to say, that did not go over very well. I can guarantee that anyone in there will not be using sleazebay this year, or maybe never. Immediate talk of it being nothing but a scam started amongst some of the folks...Not a soul dis-agreed. (The portly powerseller was otherwise engaged)
The misguided dilwad was told to remove his boxes from the counter and get in line like everyone else. When I left they were still arguing, and the folks in line still staring in dis-belief.
With any amount of luck, all those folks in line will tell everyone they work with, friends , family, etc about it.
