What should/will sleazebays burden be if someone blows up or burns down something cooking their drugs?

Glad to know they will get their cut regardless.
Once, in my area, some infants and toddlers, along with addicted mom, dad and friends, were badly burned by an explosion while drugs were being made in the house.
