Thats it we had enough of french buyers..grrrh... we seen high rising cases of FRENCH BUYERS after receiving their items, would file for paypal chargeback and claim they did not receive their items !! Whats the problem with french?? and worst paypal do not cover international shipments for us sellers..what a loophole..

I have a friend who is studying in France for 2 years..Anyway she told me that there is an informercial that airs really late at night in French of course..and this guy tells you how you can get free items from american websites...and doing chargebacks (with paypal)is one of his ways..

I stopped shipping to France..They have a really tough customs dept..and...the only chargeback from non receipt that I have ever had out of hundreds of International sales..Came from France...

Before some sick PayPal employ comes along casting doubt on this story saying you can't believe everything you read on the internet I should make a few comments.

My Grandmother lives in France and she send me an email telling me about this. A couple weeks ago. Just to prove she sent it I'll cut and paste the actual warning.

Oui le petit-fils, PayPal est mauvais et les expositions de TV comment les employer pour des gains mauvais.

My Grandfather lives in Singapore and he said there were pamplets being issued by the government telling individuals how to get things free by buying them with PayPal and doing chargebacks.

It's just a matter of time before other countries like Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Korea and such start similar programs telling citizens how to chargeback purchases.
