While THAT statement may be a bit premature to date JAV, what did you think of the STEP BY STEP instructions on using PAYPAL to screw sellers out of their merchandise? Apparently it works VERY well to be able to turn E-bay into the NUMBER 1 scam on the web! Can you see this scenario playing out WITHOUT PP?
And you may want to explain to your liveworld co-workers that lying to posters about NEVER comming to this site, when you all constantly reference the posts here, makes people wonder what else you are lying to them about! Were you lying to us then, or are you lying to us now is the question being asked by posters at this point!! Paypal must be so proud of you nitwits! aww:

You better contact the author ASAP!!! Of course, any responses may be viewed purely as entertainment, like the article it's self is intended to be.

I think the author of it left alot out. For instance, they should have mentioned that the paypal board is the very best source of up-to-date info... ahem, entertainment on what works best for scammers or scam victims to get FREE STUFF.
He also left out variations on a theme, like asking the hapless seller to ship to your crippled "grammas house", or scammers using their girlfriends card to pay for a bunch of stuff, (which defeats the confirmed address requirement sellers set,) then they wait a while and say the card was stolen.
I could go on and on of course, but you get the idea, you know, all the ways that THOUSANDS of PayPal users get scammed everyday.

Premature, yes. I do believe there will be a day when eBay says Paypal only. No other forms of payment allowed.
It does work very well. Paypal should do more to keep people from commiting fraud so easily on their site.
And my comment was just that step #1 was completely untrue. No more, no less.

Yes. For Clinic to reduce Ice and XPP to their present state the only explanation is her evil ways. She has to be in league with the darkest powers to have completely controlled Ice and XPP to the level she controls them. Clinic has reduced Ice and XPP to endless posts with her evils ways.
