Have you read the telling article about e-bay? They are expected to miss street again this quarter. How low do you think that is going to effect their stock? gitlower?
I read somewhere that the COO of ebay was dumping huge amounts of stock, also some other very large stockholders are dumping huge blocks. Would not be surprised to see something to happen one way or another.

I tell ya, Its bad sign, when a company buys back it's stock and the stock doesnt rebound any, instead, continues to dive... Seems like they are having a real hard time, trying to stop the bleeding... I laugh at their dispare...
Well I can tell you that I never hear anyone refer to it as ebay anymore, all the way down to the UPS counter guy who blurted out SLEAZEBAY, we all had a good laugh. People I know would never dream of buying anything there after the Xbox (for a BOX only) auctions then the fake tiffany stories.
The one person who I know had stocks bailed out a few months ago, so he is smiling now.
Yes , they have earned quite a reputation and everyone knows it. The situation is not unlike urban decay.
