 this is a email i sent paypuk yesturday...after they sent me a email telling me my funds would not be released for 180 days.....and they couldnt talk to me about my wifes paypal account

thanks...you just reinforced my belief...no one at paypal has any idea whats going......
 
 
my wife and daughter do not have paypal accounts.........you should know this allready....
how could either one of them have a active paypal account...wouldnt they be linked with my sons account...which i have been.....
 i had my wife ask paypal that question to see if paypal customer service would lie to her and deny the fact PAYPAL links accounts for non payment of another account.......
 
and you did....lie to her/me.................
 
my account is being held hostage because of another account..which i have no control over not paying there paypal fees......thats extrotion.....
 
yea i seen the trash email you sent me explaining how im linked to my sons account.....
 
its the same reason you told my wife ...she couldnt be held liable for...............
 
will see what the AG of CA...thinks about paypal practise of lieing  to the consumers...
i have forwarded the emails to them..along with my filed complaint...
 
i find it interesting that there (AG of CA ) websites warns consumers about paypal scams......
 
there on to you guys ...it wont be long before theres justice served ...paypal eithers gets shut down ..my hope......or fined  big time and forced to clean up there ACT.......
 
it seems paypal forces relatives to do there collections for them.........
 
and you might want to add in your UA.........
 paypal will and does as often as possible link accounts to collect unpaid funds from family members....
 
just to cover urselfs in future complaints filed at the AG's office of CA,,TEX,,NEB...or BBB....or Dept of Justice.CA dept of Consumer Affairs.and the Federal Trade Commission.........i have filed a complaint with all of them ..in regards to paypal extroting my funds in my account....
 
i even wrote the GOV of CA............
 
my next mission is the NEWS outlets.....ABC,NBC,CBS, 20/20..you heard of them im sure....
last thing.....hows ebay's stock doing today.........tic-toc-tic-toc-tic-toc
 
 
paypal needs to FIX IT...........before its to late.....

i get a email today advising me of a money transfer from my paypal account to my checking acccount.
 
 
so i call paypal ..they initiated the transfer...........lol

Excellent news.

They know it is illegal.
telco all you had to do was file under the
Electronic Fund Transfer Rights and Error Resolution policy ALL along.

Nevertheless you got them to do what they were supposed to do in the first place.

Release your funds.

PLEASE when you get time...
TELL us how that process went.
Many are reporting they are playing games with that process.

which if so is a BIG no no.
They are bound by the EFTA now and have been for over three months now.

I'm telling you all these guys are snakes man.
I hoped ebay would clean it up.
Instead they are complicit in the rampant FRAUD that paypal
is perpetrating on a massive scale.

Hi Telco, So HAPPY for you!  Did you post this in a thread to the PP board? I think it would help alot of people before it gets yanked.


I think alot of cases are getting resolved over there for our viewing pleasure.  It makes it appear as if  PP is actually on it.

Some one reported they can't tell about it.

I'm not sure about that.
One of the pros was auguring that no one has reported about it.

Something to do with a non disclosure agreement?

I don't know.

That's why I want to know.

all i know is when i woke up today ....i didnt know paypal was going to realease my funds...last i heard they were going to keep it the whole 180 days...then bam...there it is...a email telling me of the money transfer....paypal didnt tell me anything.......i didnt have to agree to a non-disclosure....


they still have some of my money...why i dont know...i suspect its for any chargebacks or claims......to the other account....that dont make since to me....i still aint paying if there is...i'll just have to wait until the 180 days is up to get that back...its not much...couple hundred dollars or so....


 


ps..when i get to post in PP board again...i will
