Take a LOOK

I wanted to invite you guys to take a peek at Tulip Tools .

Not trying to take anyone away from here but just go check it out.
Tons of information as well as ammunition to use in the war against
the morons over at ebay's boards.

We are a pretty laid back group over there and don't
usually go for the bashing of the trolls because
over there it's more geared to finding solutions and doing it all with out feebay.

Again not trying to get anyone to migrate away from here and we may actually pick up
some of the posters from there who would like to join us here from time to time as well.

Some really knowledgeable folks, super cool individuals like you all here,
and we all do seem to share one common thread.

We all pretty much hate feebay for what they have become.
Even if some are still using them to some degree.

You know as I was writing this it dawned on me.
There are so many cool spin off forums these
days dealing with ebay's BS
if some how all these different people who have been fragmented
all around the net, EVER got together.

That would be a force to be reckoned with.

Anyway you guys take a peek but by all means don't jump ship here.
I think this site is generating a lot of controversy
in the pp butt sniff circles and I'm sure they are trying hard to get it to go away.

I KNOW they are looking and I know when every one of us post
what we really want to say to them there but can't.
They too would love to post what they think to but can't.

That must be frustrating the hell out of them.

Well most of them are not regulars of the PP boards.

Stores Seller Central places like that.

They have seen the childish antics of the moron squad over there
and I admit I buy into them too for entertainment purposes only.

It is fun when you feel like playing with the childish idiots of ppland.

But most the folks at TT are seasoned long time x ebayers or on their way out ebayers.

Most like me derive their incomes from their websites and other venues for the most part.

We do play with a few of the KoolAid heads from time to time..
and as a matter of fact there is a rant going on right now over there
about some Voices idiot.

But like I said most of these folks are more into moving on than playing with the trolls.

After all the only REAL way to effect positive change is to go out and do it.
Not just argue back and forth with the talking heads over there about it.

One thing is for certain...
ebay has had an impact on us all and the common threads
that binds us all from that impact, are indeed tightening around the necks
of the same people we all once looked up to because
they brought us this revolutionary tool (ebay) to begin with.

anyway go take a look and see for yourself.

PS to anonymous. Thanks for the heads up on Firefox.
I had it at one time but didn't like it.
This version seems pretty cool and is letting me do the things
here I want with out no problems.

I've been tweaking it a little and it is way faster than tired old Explorer.

Thanks again.

XP, and everyone, with FF, there are many extensions and bookmarklets to make things way easier, for example ebay negs extension, bookmarklets to easily highlight a word, username, auction number etc. and search the terms, which open in a background window or tab.

When I did use IE, my systems were always full of different spyware, tracking cookies etc. Now there are never any.
Not to mention all the ads, pop-ups, irratating animations etc I never have to see anymore.

Here are some extensions I could not live without:

- Adblock Plus 0.7.1: http://adblockplus.org/
- AniDisable 1.0: http://patsis.brownhost.com
- Bookmark Duplicate Detector 0.5.0: http://bookmarkdd.mozdev.org/
- Broadband Speed Test and Diagnostics 1.0.1: http://www.gotomyhelp.com
- CustomizeGoogle 0.49: http://www.customizegoogle.com/
- Dictionary Tooltip 0.9.1: http://www.rjonna.com/ext/dictionarytip.php
- Download Embedded 0.4: http://extensions.aeruder.net
- Ebay Negs! 0.6: http://steeev.f2o.org/mt/
- Image Zoom 0.2.5: http://imagezoom.yellowgorilla.net/
- Long Titles 1.2.1: http://home.etu.unige.ch/~robin0/LongTitles_en.html
- McAfee SiteAdvisor Firefox Extension 22.0: http://www.siteadvisor.com/
- MR Tech Local Install 5.1.1: http://www.mrtech.com/extensions/local_install/
- no-referrer 0.8: http://www.google.com/search?q=Firefox%20no-referrer
- NoScript 1.1.4.1: http://noscript.net
- Popup ALT Attribute 1.3.2005092701: http://piro.sakura.ne.jp/xul/_popupalt.html.en
- QuickNote 0.6.0.2: http://quicknote.mozdev.org/
- Sound Extnsion 1.0: http://www.google.com/search?q=Firefox%20Sound%20Extnsion
- SpoofStick 1.06: http://www.corestreet.com/spoofstick/
- Super DragAndGo 0.2.4d1: http://morphis.eu.org/
- View Image Backgrounds 0.2: http://www.fichtner.net/
- Whois Lookup 0.1: http://www.mtgsy.net/firefox/whois

You can research and/or get all these and more at Mozilla Add-ons

If you do a quick google for FireFox bookmarklets, you will find a bunch of really good bookmarklets.

XPPman, the TT site is great.

Oops, should have mentioned this, be sure to get this one first. It will fix or update extensions which are not yet compatible with FF 1.504.
