Or maybe they think a few of the threads we have seen dealing with this issue are in fact the FEDS or some one's leagal team coming in and starting the topics to see who says what about it.
I've notice a few threads where the OP posts about it and never returns. As if they are just sitting back recording all of it and seeing who is colluding with PayPal to help PP illegally HOLD peoples funds.
I know when I see those threads I DO record them.
If they are EVER indicted for RICO they could INDEED get the names behind these ID's and see if they do in fact work for lieworld.
Then they can bust these little frauds too and charge them with collusion or conspiracy.
LieWorld IS responsible for the actions of their agents.

They had to change the policy as part of the last class action settlement agreement. This policy was changed March 17, 2006. Right before the settlement agreement was finalized.
But you know PayPal they are NOT going to disclose the users rights under EFTA which is also something they agreed to as part of the settlement but have yet done.

I have been watching and just looking, so I may be able to see what is going on better because I am not actively involved. The whole tone of the board has been reshaped in the last few days. Something is going on.
My thought is that being in the desperate situation that eBay is in with the shakeup of the higher ups and the PLUMITING stocks; I believe that Liveworld has been told to clean up. What with us publicly displaying our foolish slaps now in a place were WE are safe, they know they have problems. I would even go so far as to say that LiveWorld has lost their contract.
This can only be a victory for us and our stic-tu-it-ative-ness. Liveworld lost the board and we controlled it. We still do, now we should do some shaping and start helping the newly pp raped out. Good job guys, you should be patting yourselfs on the back.
Another pointer is the lack of harassment from the pros here. Show me one pro post on this board that was not vulgar or denigrating in some way. How could someone come here and accuse me of murdering my own son-in-law. What sort of pent up hatred is that, and how businesslike is it? How does that look, or how will it look if presented in a case as xppman has described?
I believe we will see some major changes in ebay\pp soon. If they do not change they will parish. I would hate to lose eBay, as to pp, they should get out of the CC biz and they may survive.
