I saw the same thing today. eBay needs to run the 'bots and get rid of them. This is really bad...sellers deliberately circumventing Policy. I will report every one I see. When and if eBay gives the green light fine...use any and all that they OK. but the I will do it my way no matter what eBay says,,,eBay cannot tell ME what to do mentality is wrong.

jimtrev did you answer any emails to update you PayPal info recently? Are you familiar with Phishing eMails? I'm not trying to be a wise gal, just trying to be helpful. Definately call the toll free number, I have used it before and once you get them on the line they are quite helpful!
