Being from New York I've been ripped off before plenty of times, but not as bad as I have been on PayPal, not only ripped off but these bastards pretty much shut me down if it wasn't for an already established local business I would be in a world of Sh#t.

Now for the Hub Cap first time I got robbed was for the HubCaps on my Car being really pissed off I went out looking for them well needless to say I seen a pair that I thought were mine and I borrowed them back !!!!!!!!!!!!! seems everyone was borrowing hubcaps back then and it got worse before anyone knew it they were borrowing bumpers also and if you were young in New York City in the 70s you seen plenty of Caddys riding around with missing bumpers & Hubcaps It got to the point why even wait to get ripped off just go out and get a few extra sets and a bumper or two just in case. Eventually no one was using hubcaps anymore matter of fact even Caddys seemed to become rare. Now imagine millions of people on the internet robbing Hubcaps and bumpers so to say where ever the PayPal logo is displayed!!!!!!!!!!! not because they need them just but just because they are pissed off.Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm  Could this really Happen you bet it could, and here's the best part you don't have to worry about Vito running out to beat you with a bat while you are borrowing Hubcaps or NYPD Why ?????????????? Because it's all Legal no seller can abide by PayPals impossible rules which means no seller is protected I read these rules and there is no way at all, I have also been ripped off by what I like to call PayPal assisted theft and there was nothing I could do either so why not borrow back and keep a few Thousand extra just in case.

Oh and You PayPal Rats that should all get Stomach Cancer and Die there is nothing you can do about it you are more than likely all Ebay Power sellers and this Manual will be targeted at you.
