This letter will confirm our e-mail correspondence concerning the above-identified item purchased by you on eBay. The item was represented by the seller to be a "Harley-Davidson Snap-On Collectors Ratchet/Socket" set. The seller made further references in the auction description to the effect that "This is a great looking harley-Davidson Snap-on Collectable."
The item offered in this auction has no relationship or connection to Harley-Davidson Motor Company. It was not made by Harley-Davidson or for Harley-Davidson under license. The "Harley-Davidson Official Licensed Product" logo appearing in the auction has been reproduced totally without permission and, it would appear, for the express purpose of leading potential purchasers to believe that Harley-Davidson was somehow involved. As you are aware, there are no Harley-Davidson trademarks anywhere on the tools or on the box, which is contrary to Harley-Davidson's practice for genuine goods.
We regret that you were victimized by the misrepresentation of these goods on eBay and are prepared to confirm this information to PayPal, eBay, or anyone else who might be of assistance to you in getting your money refunded.
Paypal had me send the fraud set back and then closed the dispute while item was in mail transit. So I not only lost money but the item also thanks to paypals stupidity and greed
